Meet Rebecca Tucker

Rebecca Tucker first came to YES as a volunteer. She officially joined the YES team in 2016 after 15 years as an entertainment industry executive. She began her career in the Publications Department of International Creative Management in New York City. After moving to Los Angeles, she held positions at Cruise/Wagner Productions, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson at CBS, and in 2011 was named President of Green Mountain West, Ferguson’s production company at CBS Television Studios, where she oversaw all aspects of the company’s development, production slate and business operations. At YES, she transitioned her professional experience in communications, management and corporate partnerships to strengthen the organization’s infrastructure and grow its impact. Originally from South Carolina, she attended the all-girls boarding school (and YES partner school), Chatham Hall, in Chatham, Virginia and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
